Canon PowerShot SX130IS Digital Camera - Black

This is not my primary camera, but it has it's uses, one of which is that it has a really GREAT zoom lens on it, something I don't (yet) have on my DSLR. It takes decent quality pictures. It is very hard to convince it to focus on what YOU want it to focus on rather than whatever the AF seems to want to do. Not a good camera on which to get artistic. But when it works, it works very well indeed and it is very easy to use. It does have all the manual setting (except manual focus, alas) you could want and I use them a lot. However, surprisingly, I find the camera works rather better on iAuto than on either shutter or aperture priority. Why? Who knows, but it does. I bought excellent rechargeable Eneloop batteries to use with it and I've taken hundreds of pictures and it's still going strong, so don't bother using regular AAs. Lithium or the high quality rechargeables. Otherwise, at the price, nice little camera.
